About Us

The Lawyers Union “Smirnov, Tarasevich & Partners” was established in accordance with the Law of Ukraine № 5076-VI of 05.07.2012 “On Advocacy and Legal Practice”.
The Union was founded by three partners - Evgeniy Smirnov, Sergei Tarasevich and Nikolay Okhrimenko – all of them having years of successful experience in providing legal services.
The task of the Union is to defend and promote interests of its clients in the territory of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Poltava and other adjacent regions, as well as represent its clients in Germany and Latvia in the registration of their businesses or resident registration and provide legal support services in effecting real estate deals.

Legitimacy, Confidentiality and Specialization are the main principles of work of the Lawyers Union.
According to the national ranking of specialist legal publication “Legal Practice” the Lawyers Union became one of the best law firms in the Dnipropetrovsk region in 2014 and in 2015, our organization improved its position in the ranking entering the top three list of the best law firms in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

In 2017, the Lawyers Union maintained its achievements earned in 2016 and once again reached the top of the list of leading law firms according to the results of the All-Ukrainian Research Program conducted by the Yuridicheskaya Practika newspaper.

Additionally, in 2017, the Lawyers Union “Smirnov, Tarasevich and Partners” for the first time entered the list of the top one hundred law firms according to the results of the domestic legal market survey conducted by the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper.

In 2018, the Lawyers Union remains number one player among leading law firms in the region according to the rank of the Legal Practice professional edition.

All the lawyers of the Union are members of the Law Society of Ukraine. They take an active part in the activities of professional and business communities, give master classes for students of law departments of universities and write articles and comments of a legal nature for the media.
